Der drylin® Linienportalroboter DLE-LG-0002 bietet eine Positioniergenauigkeit von ±0,5 mm und einen Arbeitsraum von 800 × 500 mm. Mit einer maximalen Nutzlast von 5 kg, einer Geschwindigkeit von 0,5 m/s und bis zu 50 Picks/min eignet er sich ideal für dynamische und wiederholgenaue Bewegungsabläufe.
Die Steuerung erfolgt über die igus® Robot Control oder Dryve D1 – kompatibel mit Modbus TCP/IP, CANopen, ROS, digitalen I/Os und LabVIEW. Die intuitive 3D-Oberfläche ermöglicht einfache Programmierung und nahtlose Integration in bestehende Systeme.
Typische Anwendungen sind Pick & Place, Prüfautomation, Verpackung und Leichtmontage. Ideal für industrielle Fertigung, Forschungseinrichtungen und KMUs mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Wartungsfreiheit.

Optional handheld with touch screen
Choose the right setup for you.
You can control the robot either from your Windows 10 PC or from the optional handheld with touch screen. On the PC the robot can be programmed via a graphical user interface. With the handheld you can control the robot with a joystick and start programs via the touch screen. In addition, you can also connect a gamepad to your Windows PC for control as an alternative to the handheld. With this handheld, the robot runs autonomously without the computer after programming via the Windows PC.
